Having read Information Technology at Newcastle University Oliver quickly found employment at the BBC where he laid the foundations of his career. This generalist I.T. experience taught him not only his strengths and interests in but also gave him a flavour of where the opportunities within the industry were and are.  His drive to learn and focus his abilities lead him into the City where he progressed quickly up the hiearchy at ABN Amro. He worked firstly as a business analyst supporting the financial services where he was responsible for implementing and testing a new banking system. The success of this national roll out was then taken on globally. Oliver's role in this project lead him into project management where he broadened his business accumen working alongside key players at the bank.  It was in this role that Oliver's  entrepreneurial spirit and drive to offer a back up service that finally did " what it says on the tin" was founded.
 
Day to Day Oliver works closely with Peter and Tom in shaping the companies future focusing on the companies technology, from service delivery and support to technical implementations of new products and management and development of storage and service delivery platforms.
 
In his spare time, Oliver enjoys a wide range of sports and is a great outdoorsman.
