For companies who would like to manage their own vault:

• Train your IT staff how to operate and maintain the equipment or manage it for you
• Take first or second line support of your company's backups or train you team how to manage these backups for you.
• Host your mirrored storage in our data centre
• Assist with archive storage and data lifecycle management
• Assist with disaster recovery planning

For Online backup service providers:

• Databarracks can supply or manage a vault for you
• White label or co-brand a backup solution for your customers
• Supply and support all hardware and software
• Give full training to you support staff or support your customers for you
• Act as a mirror site from your existing vault
• Consult on storage systems and application support
