The Databarracks’ Disaster Recovery(DR) Suite is a renovated office equipped with the high-end technology to ensure your staff are relocated quickly and your business keeps running efficiently without interruption. The DR suite is completely self-sufficient and provides a private office environment where displaced staff can carry on with business activities with all the necessary infrastructure.

Databarracks’ engineers are available 24/7 to assist you and recovery tests are included as part of the service to ensure that your specific recovery time objectives are achieved in the event of an invocation.

Secure Workplace Relocation

Located beneath the Databarrack’s headquarters in South West London, it offers high levels of security, including CCTV and BT Redcare monitored alarm systems with access code secured entry ways.

With space to accommodate 25 staff, consisting of 5 laptop users and 20 workstations, every relocated employee will have all that they require in order to perform their role as usual.

• 20 x HP Desktop computers running Windows XP with dual 17” flat screen monitors on each work surface
• 20 ergonomic tables and chairs to allocate your staff
• 100Mbs shared Internet connection / 8Mbs ADSL - Internet backup / 6 ISDN Phone Backup
• 20 x Plantronics CS60 telephone headsets
• 2 x Analogue BT lines and Swyx IP telephone system with 30 available direct dial telephone numbers
• CCTV and BT Redcare monitored alarm systems
• 4 Dedicated parking spaces (up to 10 cars can be parked in total)
• Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher
• Reception position
• Network Printer (colour)
• Network multi function device (Copier/Scanner/Printer)
• Fax machine
• Use of meeting facilities in Databarracks offices, including Polycom teleconferencing and Polycom VSX6000 videoconferencing equipment as well as a 40’ Sony LCD flat screen

• Restore of all/selected data into the new workplace environment through virtual or physical recovery performed by our engineers
• Configuration of systems to allow staff access to applications and data
• Configuration of phone system
• Bi-annual Disaster Recovery test
