We invest technical and sales training time for our partners, and the margin for our partners reflect this time they invest in Arxcis. As a partner you maintain the direct relationship you have with your client, with no contact from us unless required by you.
Reseller
As a reseller our technical team will provide 1st line support for you in dealing with your client installations and ongoing maintenance. Resellers receive ongoing sales and marketing training and support. As a reseller you maintain the direct relationship you have with your client, and can use our technical team to assist you as required.
Referral Partners
As a referral partner, Your clients simply contact us and we take care of the rest. You or your clients let us know that you recommended us, and we’ll ensure you receive the benefits. Sales will be logged in your referral account and you will receive a quarterly commission on successful sales, for the 1st year of their service with us.
