Application Development Manager

Derek is a homegrown talent born and bred in London. He has always shown a keen interest in computer technology since a tender age and has followed his passion right through into his professional career.

His keen interest computer science lead him to obtaining a first degree in Computer Technology and Geography at Kingston University. However an opportunity to excel in this field culminated in further studies at the University of Westminister where he went on to acquire a masters in Computer Generated Animation.

It is this form of virtual computer technology that Derek truly revels in and constantly searches for means of enhancing his skills as an all round technician. An accomplished programmer and the architect of most internal databases within the company and it is these achievements that have established Derek’s drive and purpose to the Databarracks' cause.

He is a regular on the tennis court and attends the cinema with friends whenever he isn’t learning new chords on his acoustic guitar.
