When Bates Wells and Braithwaite London LLP were looking at
their Disaster Recovery Contingencies, they sought the assistance
of Databarracks who are the leading providers of Online Backup and
Virtual Disaster Recovery solutions to the legal sector.
Firstly we provisioned the Databarracks Online Backup using their
Asigra Software, followed shortly by the Databarracks Virtual
Disaster Recovery option. These two solutions, whilst
different in name, complement each other in reducing the critical
Recovery Time Objective.
The amount of time and effort Databarracks have put in to make
the entire provision as seamless as possible has been quite
extraordinary. They have responded quickly and effectively to
all our needs and have inspired our confidence in their solutions.
We have been able to invoke recovery procedures of the Databarracks
Online Backup and Virtual Disaster Recovery provisions in both a
test and live environment and, on every occasion, Databarracks have
been able to satisfy our requirements well within their Service
Level Agreements.
Their previous experience in the Legal Sector and their
understanding of the complexities of the software involved, has
meant that they have been knowledgeable and sympathetic of our
needs and, as a result, we are completely satisfied that our
contingencies are now as robust and effective as they possibly
could be.
