Databarracks
is thrilled to announce that the latest recruitment drive executed
has more than delivered the desired results. The applicants
interviewed for the openings in the sales Team were recent
graduates from a range of business and technical backgrounds. Those
candidates who have been selected hold a great deal of potential
and will be an infusion of energy into the Databarracks Family.
Early June will see the start of the careers for the new additions
to the Sales Team and their arrival will warrant expansion into a
second floor in our headquarters which will be devoted to the sales
department.
The sales staff at Databarracks undergo months of
specialist training and four times each year, are required to sit
technical exams, covering all aspects of the
online backup software and Databarracks' service provisions as
part of their conditions of employment. These exams ensure that
knowledge is high in all areas of Databarracks' business, allowing
customers to be confident that they are getting the best possible
advice and information. This background is also necessary for sales
staff to use to decipher the requirements of the market and where
specific needs exist that require a tailor made answer.
Jeremy Gray, Sales Manager at Databarracks asserts that "At
Databarracks, we pride ourselves in being a truly knowledgeable
sales team. We sell a solution, not a product, and we know it
inside and out. In order to maintain our position at the top of the
market in the wake of increased demand for online backup, we must
remain in stride with the latest developments in our industry."
