London, 16 April, 2008 - Databarracks has developed a
comprehensive data security system assessment questionnaire which
it is making available for free to visitors of Infosecurity 2008
next week. The "Data Health Check" provides an analysis of data
backup and recovery procedures for all types of businesses. Upon
completion of the survey, the participant will be issued a report
compiled by Databarracks' IT professionals which will provide
insight into how effectively the company's data is handled and will
also suggest improvements to current backup and recovery operations
by gauging the results with industry trends and best practice
policies according to specific business requirements.
Peter Groucutt, the MD of Databarracks, says "Our main goal is
to offer a scan of businesses' data security and benchmark it with
other results we found within the industry. After the "Data Health
Check" you should be able to identify what you can do to improve
your company's data security and availability to best use your IT
resources in the implementation of the most effective solution for
your purposes ".
In addition to receiving the appraisal of the participant's
company, completing the "Data Health Check" will also qualify them
in a draw for an Ipod Touch, a Ferrari Driving Thrill, or a
Playstation 3.
