Databarracks has supplied and serviced
customers globally with managed online backup solutions since its
inception; and has built up an international support infrastructure
that is able to provide prompt, effective and service level driven
support to customers across Europe, the US, Canada and Asia.
Databarracks provides backup services to international customers
that include multi-national organisations, satellite offices and
native businesses. Our international customers include large
organisations that require global support with a single point of
management and escalation of recovery objectives.
Databarracks are able to provide support in all major locations
and cities across the world directly and though our network of
partners. Databarracks are also able to offer local storage options
on client sites or hosted in local data centres as well as being
able to store data in our Tier-4, high security data centre in the
United Kingdom.

Databarracks have locations in the United Kingdom and
Australia.
Databarracks Partner Network:
Databarracks have built a network of partners who offer hands
on, on site support for Databarracks' international customers when
it is not viable for the customer to wait for a Databarracks
engineer to travel to the customers' location.
Databarracks' network of partners have been carefully chosen
over a number of years and are all Asigra Service providers who
have a proven track record of service delivery. All of
Databarracks' global support partners employ Asigra trained and
certified engineers and are governed by strict Service Level
agreements with Databarracks UK.
Databarracks meets with all of our partners each year both at
the Asigra Service provider conference in Toronto, but also
independently. Databarracks has worked with international partners
for a number of years and share reciprocal agreements with them.
All our partners are Top Tier Asigra partners.
If a customer requires the assistance of an engineer from our
global partner network, at all times the ownership of the customers
issue and resolution remains in the ownership of the customers'
technical account management team with Databarracks in the UK.
