As soon as we have the media on our laboratories, our engineers will map all data contained in the drive and provide you with a quote. Assessment is usually free of charge, excepting emergency recoveries, please see our price guide.

We will only start the recovery process once quote is approved by you.

If you are not confortable removing the media from your machine, please contact us for instructions. Click here to watch the video with instructions on how to remove the hard drive from your computer.
