We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to scale our digital marketing impact. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility in digital channels, engagement on social media platforms (primarily Linkedin) and marketing campaigns that create pipeline and accelerate conversion to revenue.    
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with sales and marketing team members on business growth alignment. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will have 2 direct reports –  1 creative and 1 digital execution.
 
The Role
As Senior Digital Marketing, you will own the performance of our digital channels and campaigns. Your focus will be on attracting the right audience (ICP), generating engagement and improving the effectiveness of the buyer journey from awareness to decision. 
You will oversee paid and organic digital activity, analyse campaign performance and continually optimise activity to increase engagement and conversion. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: 

  • Own and manage Databarracks’ digital marketing strategy and performance 
  • Manage partnerships with digital agencies 
  • Manage 2 direct reports in digital and design 

Brand:

  • Amplify brand to ICP buyers, their committees and influencers 

Demand Generation Campaigns: 

  • Design high performing nurture campaigns, driving relevant content to the right audiences 
  • Drive growth in MQLs through quarterly themed campaigns, integrated across digital channels and aligned to Sales plays  
  • Manage handovers with SDR teams to drive sales and marketing impact  

Digital Platforms: 

  • Leverage Linkedin to engage with buyers and influencers and gain greater exposure and engagement through dynamic video, blog, event, customer and solution content 
  • Gain exposure on 3rd party digital platforms through paid campaigns 
  • Leverage Youtube with dynamic content 

Website: 

  • Oversee LLM/GEO and SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve discoverability and web traffic  
  • Convert website traffic to engaged buyers with content journey mapping  

Marketing operations:  

  • Manage the martech stack and ensure dynamic tracking and reporting with constant iteration on what is effective  
  • Continuously test and refine digital campaigns to improve conversion and engagement 

 
Skills and experience 
Essential

  • Empathetic leadership, with experience leading junior team members to do the best work of their career 
  • 5+ years experience leading digital marketing, across website, social media and 3rd party digital platforms  
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics 
  • Experience designing processes for Salesforce, Hubspot and other marketing platforms and analytics tools 
  • Ability to translate marketing insights into practical improvements 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 

Desirable: 

  • Experience in B2B technology marketing 
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms 
  • Experience running programmatic ads and syndicated content that yields results  
  • Understanding of GEO and digital content performance 
  • Experience managing team members
