Why this role matters
At Databarracks, marketing represents the growth engine of the business. Our digital channels are where many organisations are educated on why resilience matters to their business and technology operations and where they discover the Databarracks brand and our relevance to their business initiatives. Keeping them engaged along their buyer’s journey with dynamic content is critical to our pipeline health.
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to scale our digital marketing impact. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility in digital channels, engagement on social media platforms (primarily Linkedin) and marketing campaigns that create pipeline and accelerate conversion to revenue.
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with sales and marketing team members on business growth alignment. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will have 2 direct reports – 1 creative and 1 digital execution.
The role
As Senior Manager – Digital Marketing, you will own the performance of our digital channels and campaigns. Your focus will be on attracting the right audience (ICP), generating engagement and improving the effectiveness of the buyer journey from awareness to decision.
You will oversee paid and organic digital activity, analyse campaign performance and continually optimise activity to increase engagement and conversion.
