Response and recovery have become critical competencies for IT, Cyber, Operations and Boards.
Organisational capability and maturity have improved rapidly to keep pace with threat actors. But attackers are now adopting deepfake and AI technology at a pace enterprises can't match.
Join us for the 2025 Databarracks Cyber Recovery Wargame.
You'll work through a simulated exercise testing how you respond to a cyber attack when your users, IT team and Board members are targeted with deepfakes and flooded with disinformation to disrupt your recovery.

The day
Our Cyber Recovery Wargame is built around a multi-layered scenario, spanning both cyber and physical domains.
You are a senior executive in charge of managing a complex cyber attack. As the crisis unfolds, you will be guided through how to co-ordinate the overall response and given a view through the lens of various roles at the organisation.
The day combines an engaging, interactive scenario and our perspective of cyber resilience best practice, including:
- Decision making, prioritisation and maintaining minimum business operations in the response to a cyber attack
- Stakeholder engagement, crisis communications and reputation management
- Managing and directing the IT recovery, spanning on-prem, cloud, SaaS applications and Operational Technology
Who is the Cyber Recovery Wargame suitable for?
The event is ideal for senior business leaders and decision-makers responsible for technology, operations, cyber security, business continuity, resilience and risk teams.
Whether you are part of a response team, or responsible for your business resilience capabilities, this day is for you.
Good response and recovery demands a co-ordinated team across the organisation. We recommend bringing 2 or more attendees from multiple departments to help build your teamwork and co-ordinated capability.
