Time: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Venue: Aspire Leeds, 2 Infirmary St, Leeds LS1 2JP
Successfully managing a major cyber attack has become a vital skill for senior executives. Organisations today need the capabilities to minimise operational downtime, revenue loss and reputational damage. Recovering from an incident is the ultimate test for your resilience, business continuity, cyber security and IT teams.
And the threats are evolving. It’s no longer just about technical failures – deepfakes, disinformation and misinformation are fast becoming core weapons of cyber attackers. The World Economic Forum now ranks misinformation and disinformation as the biggest threat to global stability over the next two years.
Join the next Cyber Recovery Wargame on 10th September and prepare your team to deliver an exceptional response.
Building on the success of our first 2025 Wargame in London, this session introduces new challenges, fresh insights and the opportunity to collaborate with peers facing the same evolving threats.

What to expect on the day
Our Cyber Recovery Wargame is built around a multi-layered scenario, spanning both cyber and physical domains.
You are a senior executive in charge of managing a complex cyber attack. As the crisis unfolds, you will be guided through how to coordinate the overall response and given a view through the lens of various roles at the organisation.
The day combines an engaging, interactive scenario and our perspective of cyber resilience best practice, including:
- Decision making, prioritisation and maintaining minimum business operations in response to a cyber attack
- Stakeholder engagement, crisis communications and reputation management
- Managing and directing the IT recovery, spanning on-prem, cloud, SaaS applications and operational technology
Who is the Cyber Recovery Wargame suitable for?
The event is ideal for senior business leaders and decision-makers responsible for technology, operations, cyber security, business continuity, resilience and risk teams.
Whether you are part of a response team or responsible for your business resilience capabilities, this day is for you.
Good response and recovery demands coordination across the organisation. We recommend attending with two or more colleagues from multiple departments to help strengthen your teamwork and coordination.
