Systems have gone down. Customers are asking questions. The clock is ticking. What happens next?
The Anatomy of a Crisis Wargame series is a highly immersive, executive-level experience that explores how organisations respond to and recover from major cyber incidents.
This year we’re deconstructing high-profile cyber attacks and turning them into interactive scenarios so you can test your response and experience the consequences in real time.
Inside a real cyber crisis
Hosted at the iconic People’s History Museum, this session places you at the centre of a real cyber crisis. In 2025, major UK organisations including Marks & Spencer and Jaguar Land Rover – both widely regarded as having strong continuity and resilience capabilities – were left reeling by cyber attacks. How could it have happened, and how might the outcome have been different?
The wargame scenario is built from real events like these and reflects the scale, complexity and pressure of a major cyber attack. As events unfold, you’ll face the same challenges leaders faced at the time – limited information, competing priorities and a recovery shaped by early decisions. What would you have done differently? Would your organisation have fared better, not just in the first hours, but across the long tail of recovery?
Join us on 12 May at the People’s History Museum.
