A Subject Access Request allows you to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you
  • Tell us to stop processing your data (but not delete it)
  • Correct any errors or omissions
  • Delete your personal data
  • Restrict the processing of your personal data
  • Make the information we hold about you available to pass to another party

The process

  1. Submit your request via this form
  2. You will receive an email from our Data Protection Officer with information we need to verify your identity
  3. Respond to this email with copies of your identification
  4. We will carry out your request and confirm when completed within 30 days. If the request is particularly complex or if multiple requests have been submitted and our response will take longer than 30 days, we will notify you.
