Supplier Continuity

Strengthen your supply chain.
Protect your operations.

Your supply chain is only as resilient as its weakest link

Today’s supply chains are more complex – and more exposed – than ever.
Cyber attacks, tariffs, pandemics, geopolitical events, natural disasters: disruptions can hit anywhere, anytime.

Your critical suppliers are essential to your operations. But too often, their resilience is unknown or assumed.

Databarracks’ Supplier Continuity services help you understand, assess and strengthen supplier resilience so your business keeps running, no matter what happens upstream.

How we do it

Step 1

Planning and assessment

Identify and priorities your critical supplies. Conduct a structured assessment of supplier resilience, covering Business Continuity planning and lifecycle, resilience and recovery capabilities, incident management and emergency communications.

Step 2

Supplier engagement

Equip your team with the tools, templates and guidance to engage suppliers directly. Using questionnaires, scoring matrices and tracking frameworks, you can drive improvements, close resilience gaps and work more effectively with your most important partners.

Step 3

Scoring and reporting

Score responses against best practice using our proven frameworks. Produce a Supplier Continuity Report with findings, gaps and actionable recommendations.

Step 4

Exercising and improvement

For key suppliers, we can help you go further – integrating them into your Business Continuity testing and exercising programme to strengthen overall resilience and improve coordination across your supply chain.
