The Role
To enhance the experience of Databarracks' most valued customers by providing sharply presented suites of accurate, interesting and meaningful performance data.
Can you empathise with customers, analysing and interpreting data related to their services so they are able to make well informed decisions around the solutions they purchase?

Responsibilities:
- Collect, cleanse, validate and transform large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and relationships
- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts, graphs and diagrams to communicate complex data effectively
- Analyse historical data and identify patterns to develop forecasting models for service metrics
- Collaborate with various teams at Databarracks to gather and consolidate data from different sources, including customer databases, service monitoring systems, ticketing platforms and other relevant tools
- Present findings, reports and recommendations to Service Managers in a clear and concise manner.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualisation
- Develop and execute queries, reports and data models to extract valuable insights and present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Utilise historical data to develop forecasting models for service demand and capacity planning, enabling Databarracks to proactively address potential service challenges
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience with data manipulation / analytical tools (such as BI, Looker, Python, SQL etc.), producing client reports, working with social platform data and accompanying analytics data with narratives
- Expertise using pivot tables, building charts and graphs, and sorting and filtering data
- A proven track record using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open, clear and confident communication style in both written and verbal interaction
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy
- A keen willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Personal qualities:
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and priorities
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure that team targets are met
